Because we are a small business and rely on our schedule to be able to pay our bills, we do expect notices to cancel or reschedule a cleaning and to terminate services all together. We charge 100% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. However, if you are rescheduling, we just ask you to give 48 hours notice of the need to reschedule and there is no fee. If you are terminating services, we require your cycles notice. Ex. You are client we see on a bi weekly basis, we come to clean your home and you inform us during the cleaning that this will be the last session. However, because you have to give a cycles notice and you are cleaned bi weekly, your following cleaning would actually be your last cleaning. Therefore, please give us a notice of your last cleaning the session before you would like to end services, or even further in advance. If not, you will still owe 100% of the payment for the next cleaning.
